Dr. Elbert M. Galas is the current President of Pangasinan State University, and the current President of MRSP Pangasinan. he is a prominent figure in higher education, particularly known for his role in leading one of the premier state University, the Pangasinan State University (PSU). His leadership has been pivotal in PSU’s pursuit to become a premier state university in the ASEAN region. His main area of focus has been the earliest stages of product development mainly in high volume consumer electronics. More recently he’s spent the past few years in the research departments of larger technology companies helping the development of fundamental new technologies that will power the devices of the future.

STEPHAN KUPSCH
Stephan Kupsch is a graduate of Doctor of Information Technology at the University of Cordilleras in Baguio City. He also serves as Director for Management Information Systems. He has intensively went under training in Germany to hone networking skills through Cisco Networking Academy and Microsoft Academy and has intelligently improved IT service management awareness through ITILv3 Foundation Level instruction. Furthermore, his numerous paper presentations in international conferences, publications in Scopus-indexed journals for solo authored and co-authored works, and a number of editorial works as reviewer and editor have sharpened his expertise in research. He has become keynote and plenary speaker in many workshops and conferences across the globe. During the pandemic, he initiated the ICT area for DMMMSU which includes free Sim Cards and Pocket Wifi’s to students and a university-wide network connection.

Dr. P.Vamsi Krishna is currently working as Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Warangal, India. He is having 21 years of experience in Teaching and Research. His research interests are application of solid lubricants in machining process, application of eco-friendly nano cutting fluids in machining, vibration assisted machining, modeling and simulation of manufacturing processes and composite materials. Five students were awarded Ph.D and five are pursuing Ph.D under his guidance. He guided 35 PG and 19 UG projects. He Completed five funded projects and one is ongoing. He published one text book, three text book chapters and edited three books. He published more than 130 research papers in reputed journals and conferences and one patent. He is editorial board member for 10 journals and delivered 35 guest lectures. He is recognized as one of the top 2% most influential scientists in 2022 Stanford university list. He is awarded with outstanding reviewer award by Tribology international, Elsevier in 2017 and best reviewer award from Transactions of Indian Institute of Metals in 2020
