Process of Submission and

Peer Review

Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral  presentation at the conference and it’ll be published in the conference proceedings indexed in Scopus, Web of Science and others. Accepted abstract (without attached full paper) will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, but the abstract WILL NOT be published.

Please submit your papers by  CMT Electronic Submission System. If you have any submission enquiry, contact at icitme@psu.edu.ph.

By submitting a paper to ICITME, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will give detailed comments and — if the submission gets accepted — the authors submit a revised (“camera-ready”) version that takes into account this feedback.

All papers are reviewed using a double-blind review process: author details will be removed from the manuscript for review, and reviewers do not know each other’s identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript. The Committees of ICITME invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organizing the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit. All Papers will undergo plagiarism checking using multiple plagiarism tools and AI detection to ensure the work is original.

By submitting a manuscript to ICITME, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue including journal, conference, workshop, or archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another conference or workshop during the review period. The authors also attest that they did not submit substantially similar submissions to ICITME. The goals of the this submission policy is to have exciting new work be published for the first time at ICITME and to avoid duplicating the effort of reviewers.
