Welcome to the official website of International Conference on Industrial Technology, Management and Education (ICITME 2024).
This is the conference organized by Asian Journals Publishing in partnership with EduHeart Publishiing, with the Officers of Educators and Researchers Association in the Asian Region, Inc. in cooperation with the the Faculty of Pangasinan State University, Lingayen Campus (College of Industrial Technology). ICITME is the first forum for researchers and scholars from multiple disciplines to come together to share knowledge, discuss ideas, exchange information, and learn about cutting-edge research in diverse fields with the common theme of information technology and mechatronics engineering.
ICITME is the premier interdisciplinary platform for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of Industrial Technology, Management and Education. Title Page
- Title: Concise and informative, reflecting the study’s main findings or themes.
- Authors: Full names of all contributors, with the corresponding author indicated.
- Affiliations: Institutional affiliations for each author, linked to author names with superscript numbers if necessary.
- Corresponding Author Contact Information: Email address and phone number for the corresponding author.
Abstract
- A succinct summary of the manuscript, typically no more than 250 words, covering the main objective, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.
- Keywords: 5 to 7 keywords that reflect the manuscript’s content, to aid in indexing and search.
Introduction
- Background information that sets the context for the research.
- A clear statement of the research problem or question.
- An overview of the study’s objectives or hypotheses.
Materials and Methods
- Detailed description of the experimental design, materials used, and procedures followed.
- Information on the statistical methods and analysis techniques.
- For studies involving human or animal subjects, a statement on ethics approval and consent.
Results
- Presentation of the data collected during the study, usually accompanied by tables, figures, and statistical analysis.
- Description of findings without interpretation or bias.
Discussion
- Interpretation of the results, including how they address the research question or hypotheses.
- Comparison with relevant findings from other studies.
- Discussion of the implications for future research or practical applications.
- Limitations of the study.
Conclusions (and Recommendations)

Process of
Peer Review
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it’ll be published in SAJST or AJMS.
Accepted abstract (without attached full paper) will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, but the presentation WILL NOT be published.

By submitting a paper to ICITME, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will give detailed comments and — if the submission gets accepted — the authors submit a revised (“camera-ready”) version that takes into account this feedback.
All papers are reviewed using a double-blind review process: authors don’t declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers , and reviewers do not know each other’s identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript. The Committees of ICITME invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organising the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit. All Papers will undergo plagiarism checking using Turnitin and other plagiarism detection tools.
By submitting a manuscript to ICITME, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue including journal, conference, workshop, or archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another conference or workshop during the review period. The authors also attest that they did not submit substantially similar submissions to ICITME. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection.
The goals of the dual submission policy is to have exciting new work be published for the first time at ICITME and to avoid duplicating the effort of reviewers.
