presents Regional Academic Conference for Educators and Researchers 2019
Two plenary speakers will speak on the conference day which includes the advanced topic in research writing, followed by Breakout Sessions. In the afternoon, another plenary speaker will speak about the Technological Tools for Researchers, followed by the breaktout sessions. Invited judges will select one best paper. Criteria for this research award will be included in the conference program.

The idea of RACER2019 scheduled on December 20-22, 2019 (Friday to Sunday) is for the researchers, scientists, scholars, engineers and practitioners to present and share ongoing research activities.

This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find partners in the Region 1 for future collaboration.

All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical, research content, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.

The Venue for RACER2019 is the world class DTNB Convention Hall, located at the Pangasinan State University, Lingayen Campus
