Before the conference proper, a pre-conference workshop entitled "Writing Research Paper for Educators and Researchers" is scheduled at 1:00PM at the 2nd Floor, De Venecia Information Technology Center, Pangasinan State University. All registered participants at the conference are invited without extra cost. All participants are advised to bring their laptop.

The Opening Program of the Conference will take place. Two plenary speakers will speak on the conference day which includes the advanced topic in research writing, followed by Research Presentation. In the afternoon, another plenary speaker will speak about the acceptable format for International Publication, followed by the research presentations. Invited judges will select one best paper and best presenter. Criteria for this research award will be included in the conference program.
